H2O Overnight Experience

H2O Overnight Experience – Halifax, Nova Scotia

Skills Canada – Nova Scotia is offering a unique overnight opportunity for Grade 10 students to attend the H2O Conference in Halifax from June 10th – June 11th, 2026. 

Selected students will:

• Attend conference sessions
• Tour the Irving Shipyard
• Participate in hands-on Demo Days at COVE

This fully supported experience includes hotel accommodations, travel support, and substitute teacher coverage.

Schools may apply with four students, along with a teacher application. Students will be rooming in groups of two. Students will be selected through a review process if needed; we will be accepting twelve students total.

This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in marine trades, ocean technology, and the ocean sector to explore real-world careers and connect with industry.
